Rolf is off to a Cadbury do tomorrow evening at Chateau Coppet but unfortunately I can't go because our two babysitters can't make it, nevermind.
We're still trying to find an au pair but not having much joy. A book on getting to know the area recommends going through the Swedish Church - so guess who thinks that's a good idea?!
The autumn market in Morges was lovely yesterday - live animals, music, clowns, organic products, candles, homemade breads, local produce, clothes and lots more....
Today we dropped some homemade bakewell tarts over to our lovely neighbour for her birthday - they were going to be orange muffins but I used bicarbonate of soda instead of baking soda and Rolf said I couldn't possibly give them to her!! Whoever comes to visit next, please bring me some baking soda!
Pia is still suffering from a bad cold and we're having such problems with her drinking her milk and she's been waking at 5am and 6am for the last few weeks and so we are tired, tired, tired....
Good news, Allie, my friend from South Africa, is coming to stay sometime in November - can't wait.
