Princess Lily dancing in her dress.... a daily occurance and involves stripping off and and running around in a great frenzy! Its a beautiful, autumnal day and we went out this morning to an area of Lausanne to check out a house we saw on the internet - it was a really useful exercise because I felt all tense and hunched up driving around in the city and realised that I am really enjoying being out in the countryside and the house, whilst gorgeous, was too close to a very busy road. We stopped off at our favourite little tea room in Morges for lunch and had a salad and then we had to have a pain au chocolat for Lily. Pia munched at the bread roll and looked at the salad longingly!
This afternoon we're going to walk in the woods over at Rosi's place. Lily and Nina have become really good friends and lark around together, often running away and hiding which isn't always so funny!
We're out tonight, no plans where to go yet but have a babysitter. And this weekend we're going to buy Lily's birthday present and potter around. May even go into Lausanne centre as we haven't really done that yet.
My dad's cousin, Will Grut and his son Jussi arrive for the day on Monday - he's over from Canada and picked up Jussi from the UK where he lives with his mum and is taking him to the famous transport museum, somewhere in Swissy! Anyway, really nice that he's dropping by. My in laws arrive on Wednesday and mum arrives Thursday so its a busy time ahead.
