Trendy bars, Bellinis and Babysitters

OOh how lovely, I was taken out on a date last night.   We drove to Ouchy which is a part of Lausanne directly on the lake and went to the new Chateau Ouchy bar - reminded me a bit of the Sanderson hotel in London.  Beautiful Bellini and a prawn and quails egg cesar salad and then home...  Nathalie our neighbour, babysat and they watched the Jungle Book and ate crisps, so Lily went to bed happy!

Off to the market this morning - but you know that already because it's Wednesday! and then this afternoon we are going to view a house in St Prex which is just a long shot but we thought if we saw anything vaguely interesting, we'd view it.  Still no idea when they will start building opposite us.  

Tomorrow is a quiet, shopping day and then Notty, Jonathan and Darcey arrive on Friday which we are really looking forward to - just a shame the weather forecast is bad but then we have had 8 weeks of bliss....
