We had a lovely 3 hours at the spa..... gorgeous water jet massage beds, saunas, ice room, music room, jacuzzis, hot water jets, whirlpool, hammam, foot spa, sun beds - all sampled and enjoyed and we felt really relaxed. But then we tried to go up the mountain for some lunch - only 7kms to this buvette (restaurant) but a tiny road with hair pin bends climbing steeply up to 2,000 metres and I got vertigo driving so we had to stop and come back!
We drove back home along the lake, passing through Montreux and Vevey (home of Nestle) - all very nice and then arrived back to watch the end of South Africa vs Scotland and Allie taught Lily to shout for her home team!
Nice time at church this morning and back home for lunch.... off to Gruyere this afternoon for a light fondue! Allie flies back tomorrow, time flies...
