Dad came out last week to help out. We've done alot ; mirrors up, wendy house up, walls in the buanderie about to be painted, pictures being decided on where to go....
Lovely day up in Chamonix yesterday. Took the girls up the cable car to show them where Dad climbed Mont Blanc. Lily told him he was very brave! Really good lunch in an auberge at 2000m, really recommend it. The place was buzzing with serious mountaineers and tourists alike. Loved it and only an hour and a half away.
Tomorrow is Lily's second swimming lesson, last week's first one didn't go so well and she told Thomas the teacher that she'd had enough and was going and then promptly got out and said "mum, dry me please I've had enough and I'm going home"!
Out for dinner tomorrow night at the architect of our new house and his family, they live a few houses away from us.
Swarm of flying ants now; yuck, where did they come from and why??
