La Malle aux Tresors

The Treasure Chest - Lily's new nursery!  Just dropped her off for her first afternoon session and she was thrilled to be going - along with her new haircut!  It's a lovely old building which has been left in trust by its owner to be a creche/nursery.  Gorgeous oak panelled rooms with really good quality toys, a piano and lovely bay windows own into the garden and parkland where they grow some vegetables and keep a rabbit!

Tonight we're off to the movies in Lausanne - Slumdog Millionaire - will be the first time we've been since moving here so feeling quite excited!

Meeting up with a potential new friend tomorrow! A friend of the cousin of a friend from my old church - if you can work that one out.  Anyway, she is English, married to a Swiss and lives not too far away so I'm going over for afternoon tea.....

Rolf is going on a boy's ski day this Saturday followed by thermal spa and fondue and then we've been invited up to Champery on Sunday to visit our neighbours who have a chalet there and I'm going to ski for the day - can't wait, hope the weather is good.
